WHAT IS REIMAGINE?

One of the core values behind EDXÚ is our commitment to ethical and sustainable jewellery design. Revisiting cherished pieces often stirs deep emotions. But how can we take this from simply “keeping” to truly “wearing”?

Reimagine is our bespoke, sustainable service that transforms existing jewellery into stunning, one-of-a-kind creations. Whether it’s an old wedding ring, a diamond ring, or a family engagement ring, we breathe new life into sentimental heirlooms by reworking them into contemporary designs that reflect your style and vision.

By reusing original metals and gemstones, each piece becomes both meaningful and environmentally responsible. From creating a unique wedding ring to redesigning an heirloom diamond engagement ring, this collaborative process ensures your jewellery is ethically handcrafted. Rooted in the artistry of bespoke jewellery and the heritage of Hatton Garden jewellery, our service allows the love and memories within each piece to be carried forward for generations.

  • In 3 simple and rewarding steps, create a one-of-a-kind jewellery just for you. 

    1. APPOINTMENT 

    Book a free consultation appointment with us to discuss your ideas or bring in your old jewellery for an assessment. You could meet at our studio or conduct a video call. 

    2. DESIGN 

    After understanding your budget, requirements and artistic direction, we will outline ideas for further development. A deposit of £200 is payable if you decide to proceed with the service. Please read our Terms & Conditions for Bespoke Items. We will fully explore the given creative briefs, source your desired gemstones and communicate through email, phone or video chat. 

    3. CRAFTING 

    Once the design and cost are confirmed, we will produce a 3D rendering (depending on the design) for your final approval. Before making the design, 50% of the final fee is payable. The crafting process takes approximately 4 - 8 weeks (depending on complexity). The rest of the fee is paid before picking up the jewellery. 

    AFTERCARE 

    A finished product comes with a 60-month limited warranty. You will be offered a complimentary resizing for a ring design. If you have any questions or require further assistance, we are always here to help. 

  • 1. SERVICE

    Our Bespoke and Reimagine services include a comprehensive process: consultation, design, material sourcing, handcrafting, hallmarking, and aftercare.

    2. JEWELLERY

    Your bespoke jewellery, crafted exclusively for you with precision and artistry in our London workshop.

    3. ACCESSORIES

    Each piece is presented with an EDXÚ jewellery box, a suedette travel pouch, and a cleaning kit.

    4. DRAWING

    A signed and stamped Bespoke or Reimagine design sketch is included.

    5. CERTIFICATES

    • An EDXÚ warranty and authenticity card (Bespoke and Reimagine jewellery come with a 5-year limited warranty).

    • An IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificate for diamonds over 0.35ct, allowing you to track your individual gemstone report on the institutes’ official websites.

    6. SHIPPING

    We encourage you to collect your Reimagine jewellery in person, but we understand this may not always be possible. That’s why we offer insured complimentary shipping to all our serviced countries and territories. For more details, please visit our Shipping & Returns section.

    7. AFTERCARE

    • We offer complimentary resizing for our Reimagine ring designs within two months of purchase. For other products, please contact with us for more information.

    • Lifetime customer care and unlimited jewellery cleaning service. If you have any questions about your jewellery pieces, you are always welcome to reach out to us.

  • PRICE

    Our Bespoke and Reimagine services start from £600 (incl. VAT). Final pricing depends on the complexity of the design as well as your choice of materials and gemstones. That being said, over 80% of our Reimagine pieces fall within the £1,000 to £4,000 range.

    As each piece is made exclusively for you, we’re happy to work within a budget you’re comfortable with. Designs can be tailored and adjusted to suit your preferences and needs.

    GEMSTONES & MATERIALS

    Whether you are drawn to a sparkling diamond, a mesmerising opal or a vibrant sapphire, we offer a wide selection of gemstones and precious metals. Based on your budget, we will curate a tailored selection for you to explore, refining the choices until you discover the perfect stone. We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, all of which are independently certified by internationally recognised laboratories.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    We accept bank transfers and all major debit & credit cards including Mastercard, Maestro Card, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and interest-free instalment payment options such as PayPal and Klarna.

    QUOTATION

    Re-designing a piece of old jewellery is an intricate job. Therefore, it is hard to give an example of the price as each design is entirely different. But you will be glad to know that we can re-use the metal and gemstones (this is entirely up to you) from the existing pieces, which means you can save costs on this.
