PayPal Credit offers two flexible, interest-free options: pay in 3 instalments or choose the “Buy Now, Pay Later” plan with 4 months of 0% interest. To use this method, simply select PayPal at checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirmation marks the beginning of our contract of sale. When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a follow-up email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Please note that deliveries may be subject to delays due to ongoing COVID-19 impacts. For the most accurate updates, we recommend checking directly with our shipping partners, Royal Mail and DHL.

In addition to domestic UK shipping, we offer international delivery to 45 countries, including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, and the United States.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process or deliver orders to countries not listed above. If you wish to place an order to a destination outside this list, please contact us in advance. Orders placed for unlisted destinations may be cancelled without liability.

ORDER UPDATES

We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order, including shipping notifications, via the email address you provided at checkout.

  • To check the status of your order, please include your order reference number so we can assist you more efficiently.

  • For delivery updates, refer to the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email and check it on the relevant shipping carrier’s website.

CUSTOM DUTIES

For orders placed outside the United Kingdom and EU, import duties may apply above a certain value. These are taxes imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient in order for customs to release the goods. The amount depends on the type of item, its value, and its country of origin.

If the recipient fails to pay the required fees, the parcel may be returned to EDXÚ.

For specific information on customs duties, we recommend contacting your local customs or revenue authority.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days, in line with the Online & Distance Selling Regulations. To be eligible, items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Once your return is authorised, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

  1. Returning items – Please contact us to request a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions before posting the item back to us.

  2. Refunds—Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that it may take 7 additional working days for your card provider to credit your account.

  3. Exceptions – Bespoke, Reimagine (repurposed), engraved, customised, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  4. Postage fees – We offer free returns on UK orders. For international returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
