PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS

PAYPAL credits offer 0% interest in 3 instalments or buy now pay later (4 months of interest-free) payment options. Simply select Paypal in our checkout section to pay with this method.

KLARNA offers 3 payment options: buy now pay in 30 days, pay in 3 interest-free instalments and financing (instalment plans of 6, 12, 24 and 36 months with flexible payments, interests may apply). SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm your order. After receiving our confirmation email, we have officially entered a contract of sale. Then, as soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your order.

Please note that delivery may be delayed because of Covid-19, please check with our partnered carriers (Royal Mail & DHL) for more information.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer order delivery from or delivery to countries other than those identified in the list above. If you would like to place an order for delivery to countries other than those on the list, please get in touch instead, as your order may be cancelled without liability.

ORDER UPDATES

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) are scheduled to be shipped out to the email address you provided while ordering.

To check your order update, please provide our order reference number so that we can respond more quickly and accurately.

To check your delivery update, please check the tracking number which we sent to you after we dispatched your items on the designated shipping company’s website.

CUSTOM DUTIES

On orders from countries outside the United Kingdom and EU, import Duty May apply over a certain value. This is a tax that the recipient has to pay as an importer in order to bring foreign goods into his/her country. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods, the value and where they come from. In the event that this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and will send it back to EDXÚ.

For more information regarding customs duties, we advise our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

We are happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days, in accordance with the Online & Distance Selling Regulations. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have a further 14 days from when authorised to physically send back the return.

1. RETURNING THE ITEMS - Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and other relevant information before posting the items back to us.

2. REFUND -  Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 7 working days of receipt of your return. Your credit card company may take 4 - 7 working days to credit your account.

3. EXCEPTION - Bespoke, Reimagine (re-purposed), engraved, customisation and made-to-order jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. POSTAGE FEE - We offer free returns for all UK orders. For orders from the rest of the world, please note that the customer will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping the product back to EDXÚ.
