Edward sees colour as the lyrics and humour of our world—vivid expressions of emotion that help us feel, connect, and communicate. A subtle shift in tone can evoke a completely different mood, while an unexpected combination can awaken new sensations. Without colour, the world would be like a soulless film on autoplay—void of emotion and meaning.

From nature and art to dreams and memory, colour is everywhere. Its perception is deeply personal, intimate, and instinctive. This primal connection between humans and colour continues to be one of Edward’s greatest sources of inspiration.

Edward is endlessly inspired by raw emotion, whether it’s a heart-wrenching story or a quiet act of kindness. He sees every moment, no matter how small, as a wellspring of meaning and beauty.

Coral & Seashells by Nature

Edward draws constant inspiration from the splendour of nature and the richness of artistic disciplines. From the bold revolution of 1920s Art Deco and the expressive spirit of 1940s Modernist painting, to late 20th-century Parametricist architecture and the striking works of contemporary artists like Anish Kapoor and Bridget Riley, he sees all forms of art as interconnected.

Just as we inhabit architecture, jewellery inhabits us. A building shelters and protects our lives and belongings; jewellery, in contrast, safeguards our stories, emotions, and value - both monetary and deeply personal.
