Inspired by the antique arcade game 'Snake', the Pixel collection is a comical reflection of modern life. In the game, a growing line must avoid crashing into itself. This gives a sense of pressure and urgency, as the player's own growth creates simultaneous obstacles. The collection uses this metaphor to highlight the comical similarity between the game and our lives.

The collection features a combination of semi-precious stones and hand-painted enamel to create an architectural, Art Deco-style of jewellery. Edward drew inspiration from Post-Modernism and Cubism for the enamel colours, and from Brutalism and Parametricism architecture for the structure. The Coba Ring portrays a snake chasing its tail without ever touching, just like the game. This design has a wraparound, open-ended shape that allows for a slight size adjustment and is also available in gold or rhodium plated silver, and in a matching bangle design. Like all pieces in this collection, it is handmade from 100% recycled precious metal and is handmade in our London workshop.
