Our bespoke service offers an intimate and highly personalised experience, shaped entirely around the individuality of each client. From the first consultation and design concept to the final creation and aftercare, every stage is thoughtfully considered to ensure a seamless journey to deliver a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

Whether you are commissioning an engagement or wedding ring, marking a milestone, celebrating a special occasion, or simply indulging in something for yourself, we bring your vision to life with artistry and precision. With imagination as our only boundary, we welcome creative challenges and take pride in crafting jewellery that speaks your story.

We work in close partnership with you to follow your budget, offering complete flexibility so your bespoke piece is as attainable as it is exceptional.

  • In 3 simple and rewarding steps, create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery made just for you.

    1. APPOINTMENT

      Book a complimentary consultation to discuss your ideas, either at our studio or via video call.

    2. DESIGN

      Once we understand your budget, vision, and artistic direction, we will present initial ideas for development. If you choose to proceed, a £200 deposit is required. Please review our Terms & Conditions for Bespoke Items. We will explore your creative brief in depth, source your desired gemstones, and stay in touch via email, phone, or video chat.

    3. CRAFTING

      After the design and cost are confirmed, we will create a 3D rendering (if applicable) for your approval. Before crafting begins, 50% of the final fee is payable. The process takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity. The remaining balance is due before collection.

      AFTERCARE

      Your finished piece includes a 60-month limited warranty and one complimentary resizing for rings. If you have any questions or need further assistance, we are always happy to help.

  • 1. SERVICE

    Our bespoke service offers a complete journey from consultation and design to material sourcing, handcrafting, hallmarking, and dedicated aftercare.

    2. JEWELLERY

    Your bespoke jewellery, crafted exclusively for you with precision and artistry.

    3. ACCESSORIES

    Presented in an EDXÚ jewellery box with a suedette travel pouch and a jewellery cleaning cloth set.

    4. DRAWING

    Presented with a signed and stamped bespoke design sketch, capturing the artistry behind your piece.

    5. CERTIFICATES

    •  An EDXÚ warranty and authenticity card (Bespoke and Reimagine jewellery come with a 5-year limited warranty).

    •  An IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificate for diamonds over 0.35ct, allowing you to track your individual gemstone report on the institutes’ official websites.

    6. SHIPPING

    We encourage you to collect your bespoke jewellery in person, but we understand this may not always be possible. That’s why we offer insured complimentary shipping to all our serviced countries and territories. For more details, please visit our Shipping & Returns section.

    7. AFTERCARE

    • We offer complimentary resizing for our bespoke ring designs within two months of purchase. For other products, please contact with us for more information.

    • Lifetime customer care and unlimited jewellery cleaning service. If you have any questions about your jewellery pieces, you are always welcome to reach out to us.

  • PRICE

    Our Bespoke and Reimagine services start from £600 (incl. VAT). Final pricing depends on the complexity of the design as well as your choice of materials and gemstones. That being said, over 80% of our bespoke pieces fall within the £1,500 to £7,000 range.

    As each piece is made exclusively for you, we’re happy to work within a budget you’re comfortable with. Designs can be tailored and adjusted to suit your preferences and needs.

    GEMSTONES & MATERIALS

    Whether you are drawn to a sparkling diamond or a vibrant sapphire, we offer a wide selection of gemstones and precious metals. Based on your budget, we will curate a tailored selection for you to explore, refining the choices until you discover the perfect stone. We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, all of which are independently certified by internationally recognised laboratories.

    We accept bank transfers and all major debit & credit cards including Mastercard, Maestro Card, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Discovery Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and interest-free instalment payment options such as PayPal, Klarna and Afterpay/Clearpay.
